After seeing the State of the Union speech, I was left wondering just how these politicians plan to repair our overall economy. Cuts alone won’t correct the fiscal dilemmas we are looking at nor will further economic stimulus programs. Revenue is reduced since a lot of folks are jobless and are not paying taxes. Politicians should really focus on adjusting the trade agreements that was responsible for an incredible number of jobs to flow to other countries. And with more folks being employed, there would be less of a desire for citizens to have access to a taxpayer financed medical insurance policy and foreclosure aid!

The new tax credit is great for 1st time home buyers- if you haven’t owned a home in last 3 years, this may be the time to do it and take advantage of this!
