However, I would like to introduce you to an App that My partner and I developed for Realtors and Home Buyers. Apps like Zillow, etc. are great for searching for home listings, but niether they, nor the ones listed above really help a buyer evaluate a property based upon their own, unique needs nor do they help enhance communication between a buyer and their agent. Our apps will do just that. It is a new mortgage calculator on the App Store. Has a power feature that allows real estate or loan professionals to pre-qualify their clients in seconds based on their income and other factors such as debt ratios. I've looked at or tried almost all of the real estate apps available so far. Near Buy is super and it has a fun design. People just like to play with it.
