Hello Digital Photography Goodby MLS Books. Get Over It!
The Real Estate Listing Photograph was a very lonely creature when I first began my Real Estate Career. There was only one black and white real estate photograph that lived in the MLS Books. The MLS Books were about the size of the Yellow Pages Telephone Directory.
Today our Trend MLS and other search portals can feature up to 25 color property photos. This is a brochure showing photos of a pending sale in Chesterbrook that drew numerous showings, open house visitors and offers to purchase.

If you are a Townhouse or a Condo Buyer or Seller in Tredyffrin Township you will have seen the most real estate activity in all of Chester County Pa in the past 12 months. There were 354 units sold in Tredyffrin, followed by 195 sold in Phoenixville, 188 in East Goshen Township and 186 in West Goshen Township. Spring and the official Vernal Equinox , arrives March 20th 2009, and not a minute 
too soon, in my opinion, and yours too I imagine. These charming Johnny Jump Ups can be found along a path as one of our earliest signs of Spring together with Crocuses and Forsythia. Even in December if it’s warm, but not this year. If planted in a protected area, they’ll often reseed themselves.
A visit to the Philadelphia Museum of Art is a great way to begin your Spring walking. Cezanne and Beyond – A Century of Great Artists Philadelphia Museum of Art – You will see more Cezanne and the artists Cezanne influenced, at the Philadelphia Museum of Art than if you went to Paris up to May 17th. *Birds chirping, a warm sunny day, Spring senses stirred and I begin to hear the call of the countryside. Chester County Pennsylvania Countryside to be specific. No one does a day in the country better than Chester County Pennsylvania.

Also, Valley Forge National Park has many places for a Spring walk, both natural and paved (keep in mind the Valley Forge Road Bridge closing for detours into the Park) . Many Chesterbrook Townhomes and Condos Sold in 2008 Tredyffrin, Chester County Pa in the past year.
Have you heard anyone say about Real Estate that, “nothing’s selling”? Well that’s a common myth these days. Throughout Chester County, and Tredyffrin Township, the perception has been that selling a home in this market is all but impossible. But the truth is that there were actually 98 Townhomes and Condos that sold in Chesterbrook between January 2008 and January 2009.*
And there were another 6 townhomes and condos that settled in January 2009.
